Introduction

There's many different strategies I'm gonna do to affiliate market on TikTok, so let's talk about them.

Free Method

One free method. Now we're going to be using these two methods to make money on TikTok. Now what are the methods? The free version and the paid version. Let's get into that. The free version is what I do currently, and that is to create media accounts. If you don't know what I mean, I'm thinking of creating a TikTok account. Now you take that TikTok account, and you put a link in BIO, which gets people to buy. This is what I did the first two times when I tried.

Paid Method

Now our paid method is going to be interesting. This is going to bring some spice in this video because yes, we have the free method, but we're also going to be pumping money in the paid method and seeing if it actually works. I have used TikTok ads in the past, which doesn't matter, but I've never used them for affiliate marketing, so I'm really interested in how this goes.

Creating Media Accounts

Now that we talked about our two methods, the free version, which is just creating accounts, and the second version, making the TikTok ads, let's talk about what we're gonna do and promote this product.

The Product: Pattern Traders

So with affiliate marketing, there's different affiliate marketing platforms, which you guys already know, but what I'm going to be doing is promoting an affiliate program that your boy owns. The point of this video is not to plug my affiliate program, but I'm just letting you know the product I am promoting is part of my affiliate program. And what is that product? Well, it's called the Pattern Traders. It's like a Discord group where there's a free area and a paid area to access trades.

Free Version Strategy

And what I mean by trades is like stocks and crypto. It's a group where basically I put together Pro Traders, including myself. How do we make money off of this? Well, you can join for free, but this is where it gets interesting. If you could see right here on the screen, you can join for free, but once you see those results and you get that value, you're going to want more value. So they're going to buy the next tier, which is $15 a month.

Paid Method Strategy

So this is how we make the money. We get them in the free version, right? And then if they want to upgrade and make more money, they buy the $15 version. That is reverse psychology right there.

Setting Up TikTok Ads

Now, kind of lied in the beginning. I'm going to be using a TikTok account I made about a couple of days ago just because I wanted to be prepped for this video and get some engagement going on the TikTok account.

Challenges with TikTok

Now the problem I do have with TikTok is that it likes the ban. Normally I would post TikToks on this phone, which is my personal phone, but I have to resort to this phone because I'm banned on this phone. Don't ask me why. If you want to know, watch the first two TikTok affiliate marketing videos of this channel. I broke TikTok's algorithm, so they hate me now.

Posting Content

This is the page we're gonna be using. As you can see right there, it's called the Pattern Shaders. It's not the exact logo of the Discord, so I didn’t want it to be affiliated with it, but if I scroll up, like it only has six videos, and this is the account we're going to be using.

Creating and Running Ads

I posted this a while ago. Holy moly. I cannot—where am I going? I posted this on February 27th, and it's March 10th. So very long time ago—not really, whoa. So there's a couple of videos on there, and this is what we're going to be doing, just posting videos two times a day on here.

So hopefully, we can get a lot of traction for the free method. So for the paid method, let's start up our ads right now

Challenge and let me just say we are making so much bread right now I got racks on racks on racks we are making so much right now anyways we're gonna check on what we did we got the tick tock ads up and running and how they're doing also the free count and yeah so let's just see how we did we made some great money we got all the stats here all the proof so let's get into it.

Free Account Progress

So first of all let's talk about the free account and remember for day three I said we'll be doing the affiliate marketing book I never actually did that I just been continuing doing the Discord server this is the free account right now as you can see um not going so well we had some other videos get banned and like another one 200 views I'm telling you I'm banned on Tick Tock bro I'm gonna keep on posting I need to post more I only did once so I'm gonna try to do like three times a day and see how that works out and see what we can do but uh I think we got a sale off just a little 53 follower store because it doesn't really make sense also for this challenge I want to let you know up to like an hour and a half ago I've been going at 50 commissions which is the standard rate of my program if you're like in the base level and then when you get more sales you go up to a VIP commission where you get 70 so since I got a good amount of sales and it's for a challenge anyways like an hour and a half I bumped myself up to the VIP which is 70 commission so I wanted to let you know but I got majority of the sales in the base 50 so you're gonna see that obviously here.

Dashboard and Stats Overview

Yeah I'm in my dashboard here I'll just reload everything for you I'll do it again when I'm on the page but we're gonna go to dashboard as you can see I'll reload a bunch of times we made 55.99 approved so that's approved these are all real obviously and yeah we're gonna go into referrals on who we got.

Sales and Affiliate Marketing Insights

Anyways what happened yesterday which was the end of day three and this is the conspiracy theory right we got a total of 90 in sales um yesterday we got just about only 18 clicks because I didn't have any ads running Nor today and we got uh we'll go into sales yesterday we got one sale for ten dollars so I'm like whoa wait a minute okay so it's probably like a trading ebook right oh is the affiliate marketing blueprint look one sale right there bro I'm not even marketing that so they had to go on the Discord and then go back to the page and buy that so that was a bit confusing for me and that was my only sale yesterday so I was like what the heck did I promote this anywhere on a different Instagram or whatever no it just I didn't I don't even have a link like they just went back and went on it.

Discord Server Sales Update

You can see here we sold 19 of the total Discord so obviously those are a lot of free counts we sold two sales and this is huge so you may be saying okay you made 80 and the subscription is five dollars a month and one of them was a lifetime purchase right that was under the 50 that was a lifetime purchase which is very funny as you can see here today we got a total of three orders one was the free account one was a five dollars a month and then one was a lifetime purchase.

Affiliate Marketing and Strategy Moving Forward

So I didn't Market anything today off of just the free account and I highly doubt anybody bought anything off the free account because it's such little views and a following so they go on the free server like okay I see all these gains I'm making money I want to make money or I just see it's five dollars a month who cares I'm gonna go back and your linkage track for 100 days if they buy and obviously this has proven me right so that's really nice to see.

Plans for Affiliate Marketing Ebook

According to my calculations if we have 17 people right now signed up under the free version in the next couple days we could be seeing people come back and buying membership so that's kind of my main point also I still want to try to Market that affiliate marketing ebook because for my other Affiliates it's doing really really good right now one of my Affiliates has over like 10 sales on it already so I really want to Market that I don't know where I'm going to implement this on this video though in this challenge because I only have three days left so we're just gonna keep on trying to do the Discord server and hopefully the trading ebook I'm gonna try to do as well.

Day 5 Update and Ads Performance

Let's go into tomorrow day five gonna continue to run the ads and I'm going to post three times on that Tick Tock account let's see what happens.

Day 5 Results and Strategy Adjustments

Alright everybody it is day five I'm being a little quiet for day five and the reason is is because it's really late at night right now I got back from something so we're just recording this day five because I want to update you also I got very sunburned today on the soccer field so just ignore that but let's just jump into the stats really quickly and talk about day five so we can move on to day six tomorrow.

TikTok Ad Performance and Campaign Overview

So first of all let's talk about how the tick tock ads win as you know we filled up with another 25 for today we can go over to the campaign page and see that we've spent a total of 75.89 with a total clicks of 146. now the represented clicks that we got about 40 more clicks than what we got previously for 25 is um it's okay I mean the click-through rate is 0.76 which is not very good so again I really need to change this ad I just think I'm gonna stick with it maybe the whole Tick Tock challenge I'm not sure yet we'll see.

Day 5 Sales and Results Breakdown

We got a couple sales for today we did about a hundred and fourteen dollars in sales so you can see here that we made pretty good money today we're actually in profit by like five dollars still so we're gonna continue hopefully to push that and see if more Discord members go in I think we sold a total of five Discord memberships today and this is a big thing I want to talk about as well.

Issue with Pricing and Future Plans

We ended up getting today multiple free referrals also we got four Discord servers for five dollars a month payment and then one trading ebook which obviously it shows in right here let me show you a huge update that I actually made tonight this is after all the results came in so far and if we go to internet cash the site we're affiliating for you can see we got more reviews which is good but anyways you can see that it's now 9.99 a month instead of five dollars which I wish I kind of changed it this morning because well we got four Discord orders today and that would have been forty dollars instead of 20.

Final Day 10 Results and Reflections

Okay it's day 10 right now and let me explain I know there's only supposed to be seven days in this challenge but I got really really sick in the last couple of days and I couldn't really manage the pattern trading Discord also it was a weekend so it's very hard to sell any pattern trading Discord things on a weekend.

Overall Sales and Performance Recap

All in all 138 dollars in sales is not bad at all 29 total orders 29 total orders that's with free orders and paid and then commissions ninety dollars we made in commissions.

TikTok Ads Performance and Conclusion

Let's go hop into the tick tock ads there's a little bit of an issue here you can see that we spent a total of 97 what yeah uh I I don't even know how that's happened to it went over the budget which I thought I added balance I put a little too much on accident I tried to do 15 I did about 30 probably and here we are today sitting at 97 ad spend so we've actually lost money which is not very good we got 181 clicks 23 000 Impressions 0.78 CTR click through eight not amazing but not horrible.

Final Thoughts and Reflections

So going back over to our dashboard here we could see that well man I'm gonna be real um it's not that bad and total sales 140 dollars we would have profited if our commission rate was a little higher and what I could do is go hey the owner which is me I'll be look how well I'm doing can we bumped my commission rate up to 80 and I'll be like sure you're doing great I would do that for you so we didn't do it in this video we did 50 in the first like half of the challenge.

Conclusion and Next Steps

So we need to remember that I was at a 50 base commission rate with most of my money going through so you got to remember that part the second part is we just got that one order when we had 70 commission rate 172 clicks total I don't think this is right because on The Tick Tock ad it's a lot more I believe so if we go back to there it's 181 clicks so that's not right on here I don't know what it's tracking there but that is not right and then if we go over the total profit or whatnot we're actually lower we got 90 in commission and then on there it said we spent ninety seven dollars we lost seven dollars total but we have to remember that's my first time doing Tick Tock ads with affiliate marketing so honestly I am not sad whatsoever I'm actually really happy and this went really well for me even though I lost seven dollars I ended up getting a good brand training on Tick Tock affiliate marketing plus made for a good video all in all I think we did really good and I say that because we got a lot
