In short YouTube is very simple all you need to do is just get people to click and watch your videos it's simple but it ain't easy now before we get into this video and I start showing you how you're going to be making all of this money 950 every single day with YouTube I want to obliterate right off the bat one of the biggest reasons why most people quit doing YouTube.

The Biggest Misconception

If you're like 99 of all of the people that start a YouTube channel you're thinking about making money with YouTube AdSense and that is exactly the reason why most people quit you see getting to 1 000 subscribers in 4 000 watch hours takes a bit of time if you have zero experience if you don't have experience you're going to take some time to get there and that is exactly what it takes to be able to monetize your YouTube channel and start generating AdSense Revenue if you're quit because they start doing YouTube with a completely wrong expectation.

Setting Realistic Expectations

And if you're just a beginner you're looking to make money with YouTube and you're counting on YouTube AdSense I'm sorry to say it to you but you're not gonna make a lot of money even if you manage to monetize your channel you're not going to be getting a lot of views if you want to make money from you to AdSense but with the method I'm gonna teach you today I'm going to teach you where to look to actually make the real money and you're not going to need Millions of views to start making money with YouTube but you're going to need from 100 to 1000 views per video that you get sounds very reasonable right.

The Real Money Comes From Selling

But why do I say that because a hundred to one thousand views is all that you need to make a significant amount of income on YouTube if you have something to sell and you do it the correct way now what most people don't know and they don't see under the hood is that YouTube has several streams of income that you can create from your YouTube business when you're starting a YouTube channel you're starting a business and here on this document I have a few of these monetization methods that you're going to use in the future just for your reference.

So some of them are sponsorships merge sales affiliate income Channel memberships digital products but the biggest one in my opinion is this one building other businesses on the back of your YouTube channel this monetization method will make you rich and if you want to learn do you want to work with now.

Niches to Consider

I'm working on a video that I'm gonna teach you the top 10 best niches for you to go on YouTube Automation and in that video I'm also going to show you the RPM CPM I'm going to show you the monetization options available for that Niche so in this video here I'm not gonna go too deep into that topic but I'm going to show you a few niches that you can start some of them include the motivation Niche the AI Niche MMO Niche which is making money online fitness Niche meme channels.

Examples of Niche Success

Let me give you an example of a meme channel that does this very successfully so if you type a wojak which is the name of the meme Channel that I was able to find you're going to see that there are several channels that speak about wojak which is the character they created and they make faces YouTube videos around this character this one here has 2.7 million views Millennial thinker there's this other one called low budget stories this one has 428 000 subscribers.

How Simple Production Works

So for obvious reasons I'm not gonna play the audio here but the voiceover is an AI speaking it's not an actual human voice as you can see this is just memes created and put pictures into a video this is very very easy to produce and all you need to do is just come up with the story now that's the meme Niche for the fitness Niche this is an example of the type of video that you could be making top 10 tips to lose belly fat and as you can see there's lots of videos some of them have people on them some of them are just faceless videos like this one and it has 807 000 views I'm not going to open the video for obvious reasons but these are examples of videos that you can make and people love these videos.

Exploring MMO and AI Niches

MMO Niche is make money online an example of that is my channel but my channel is not a faceless YouTube channel so I'm going to give you an example of one that is I was able to find this YouTube channel here called 10x income and this guy here is making faceless YouTube videos on the make money online niche as you can see here he created a character for his videos and he doesn't show his face I watched his videos and the only thing on his videos is his voice this is an example of a make money online channel that you could create and you could potentially be making in the future a high CPM and you could be working with good sponsors and you have several monetization options in this Niche AI same thing I don't know about AI topics but you could do top 10 AI to for a specific Niche to do something top 10 AIS for copywriting as you can see a lot of people make videos on these topics and motivation channels I'm not even gonna mention it here because I have an entire video here on the Channel showing you how you can create a motivational channel from start to finish and this is example of a faceless motivational YouTube channel which most of them are faceless and they don't even use their voice.

Setting Up Your Channel

So the obvious searching that you have to do when you're studying new YouTube channel is to create your Gmail account you're going to need a Gmail account to start your YouTube channel so that's what we're going to do right now go to gmail.com and click here on create now for myself you're going to put your name last name the email that you want and then you set a password for that and click next after that if you want you can put your phone number a recovery email then put your birthday gender and click next after that just click I agree.

Starting on YouTube

Alright so now our Gmail is pretty much created let's head over to youtube.com once you hit the homepage of YouTube just click here on the top right corner on sign in now as you can see YouTube automatically signed me in because I'm signed into my uh Gmail account which for some reason didn't load so I'm just going to reload the page I'm gonna go back to YouTube click on your profile picture or initial here on the top right corner and then you want to select create a channel this is going to create a channel for your YouTube channel just go ahead and click create channel and if you want you can set up your name and handle I'm just going to leave it as it is because I don't really care this is just an example.

Building Your Channel Identity

Now once you log into your YouTube account this is the first page that you're going to see so now what you need to do here basically is get a profile picture and a banner picture for you to be able to get started with your channel very few people will subscribe to a channel that doesn't have a profile and a banner picture.

Enhancing Visual Appeal

So how do you get that look you can get stock footage online stock images or you can get some type of logo online on canva but what I actually personally like to do is go to Mid Journey because you're not going to need to pay the membership to be able to do this part because you're only going to be generating a few images and with mid-journ you actually get 25 images for free so you can go ahead and sign up for Mid Journey for free using midjourney.com once you sign up for an account just log into the server and you start generating some type of Avatar that you want for your profile picture that has to do with the niche that you're going to be operating in so depending on the niche that you chose if you're not going to show your face and you're not going to put a picture of you put a profile picture that matches your Niche I'm going to be operating in The Nomad digital Nomad Niche which is the travel Niche so I generated a picture here of a Greek god and I'm just gonna download.

Editing the Video

this image here and use it as my profile picture which is Poseidon I think and I actually downloaded an image here of Rome so I'm just going to go ahead and use this image here of Rome as my banner image if you're wondering how to generate the images just type in forward slash and then type in Imagine that's going to allow you to start your prompt and then you can just type in whatever it is you want the image to generate as you can see here my prompt was Greek god digital art 4K and to generate a picture of Rome all I did was type in Rome digital live 4K and it came up with this insane image and when you got the image that you want to just click on the image and then you select save save it to your computer now head ove

 back to your YouTube channel and this is where the customization starts for you to be able to change information here on a YouTube channel click here on customize Channel once you see this part here just click continue click close close you want to click here on branding when you click on branding you should see picture Banner image and video Watermark when you see this part let's first upload the profile picture just click here on upload and I selected my avatar and I clicked upload and now I'm going to click customize picture so it fits good on the image I'm just going to select here done now I'm gonna upload my banner image so I selected my banner image and it doesn't really look exactly like I want it to look so what I'm going to do here is I'm gonna mess around with this image a little bit so I'm just going to make it smaller I'm going to put it up here where it kind of shows the castle or maybe here and then I'm going to click done when I think that I like the image and this video

 Watermark here right now when you're watching this YouTube video you're probably seeing a watermark somewhere in the corner here which has my avatar right it's an icon a representation of myself and if you hover your mouse over that icon you're going to see that you have the option to subscribe to my channel that is very important because if you don't have that people will not have the option to subscribe to your channel by hovering the mouse and that thing gets a lot of subscribers to channels okay so it is very important that we add one so I'm just going to click here on upload and I'm going to upload the same image that I use for my profile picture as my video Watermark that's what it's called alright so I just selected it I'm going to click on done and after I uploaded all three images I'm just going to click here on public now one thing that I almost forgot to do which is very very very important before we leave this page just click here on entire video and then you want to click publish again to save the changes this will make it that as your video Watermark will will show throughout the entire video and not just at the end of the video or a custom start time.

YouTube Automation Options

before we proceed to the people get wrong one of the biggest questions that I get for from people that are trying to join YouTuber Pro is how much am I going to have to spend towards my channel to be able to automate the channel in softwares or hiring people or whatever that I need to spend money on and to answer that question you have two options to automate your channel an automated YouTube channel basically is a channel that you're going to either use software to automate the videos for you the video creation process or you're going to pay other people to be able to do that for for you personally when I want to automate something I don't like to use software I just pay other people because I like the human touch so let's start with hiring people to do YouTube automation when you hire people obviously you can't do it for free you have to pay other people to do it for you and the amount that you're going to spend is totally up to you there's no fixed amount that I can tell you here because every single person that you find to automate your videos for you they're going to charge you different rates and if I give you a rate here it's not going to be realistic okay and there's also a second option for you to automate your channel which is tools to automate your channel basically software and with this option it ranges

 anywhere from zero dollars to as much as you want to spend depending on what part of the video creation process you want to automate you're going to spend less or more if you want to use paid tools and you can also spend zero dollars if you want to use free tools so you don't actually have to spend money but if you want to spend money you're going to get better results quicker now you have your Niche selected you have your Channel created what are you going to be making videos about and that is exactly what we're going to see right now if you want to start make making money with your channel as fast as possible from Channel launch what you need to do is make videos around some type of affiliate product so Rhys how exactly do I do that what I'm doing here right now is I'm making a video on YouTube and I'm teaching you how to run a automated YouTube channel

 but obviously I can't record a 20 to 30 hour YouTube video so what I'm going to do is what I just did at the start of this video if you want a website that I frequently use when I'm traveling around this website here will show me cities and it will give me ranks on how good the city is overall how costly it is how good the internet is over there how fun it is and how safe it is as you can see here Buenos Aires overall you know cost internet fun safety Mexico City not so safe I can come here I can look at cities and then I can make videos about those cities such as top 10 hotels in Rome I used to live in Rome so I could easily talk about that topic and to be able to build that script we're going to use chat GPT because chat GPT will give us all the information that we need so to be able to get relevant 2023 information what we're going to use is a Google Chrome extension called Web Chat GPT all you need to do is just search for that in Google install the Chrome extension and then just close and open again your browser and you should have the Google Chrome extension installed once you come into chat GPT just activate this web access here at the bottom refresh the page and then let's ask chatgpt what the best top 10 restaurants are in Rome so what chat GPT did here is it looked at the top 10 best Google search results and what are the top 10 restaurants in Rome it took all of that information and they organized it for us in this unique link here now I went and asked chat GPT 

to give me the top 10 restaurants in Rome and give me the link to the websites and as you can see it came up with the top 10 and here are the links for the websites and we can just click and find the restaurant that easy now what I'm going to do here is I turned off web access and I'm gonna refresh the page this is going to disable the Google Chrome extension that we just installed and it's going to be necessary for us to continue on the next step and make it work so I'm just going to click here on the top 10 restaurants which is the conversation that we had with chat GPT before and I'm now going to ask chatgpt to write a video script for me with an explanation of those restaurants pros and cons and how to get to them for tourists that are interested I'm gonna hit enter if chat GPT stops Midway your script just tell it to continue like this and it's going to continue from where I left off now we have a very simple but effective YouTube script that we can use on a voice generation AI to be able to create the voiceover for our video

 so I'm just going to copy this and I'm going to go ahead and post it into something like a Google Docs so we don't lose it because we're going to use it later to create a voiceover now I'm going to be real with you here on this video and if you want a good voiceover that is going to actually generate you a voice that is close to what a human voice is one of the best ones that I was able to find online is called murph.ai but that one is a paid software if you don't want to use this one you can easily find one that is free online so I went ahead and asked chatgpt for five free voice over AI generation tools that you can try out and it came up with a list of five if you want a free tool you can just use one any of these ones here so just for the sake of this video I'm not going to use Murph AI but I'm going to recommend it to you if you're going to do this use murphyi if you have the means to do but if you don't just use this for free and get start so I'm just going to use this one 

and I'm gonna get started for free using play.ht now for you to be able to create your voice over here with play HD just click here on create audio and you can select use standard premium voices or use ultra realistic voices I'm having a feeling that this one is paid let me see yep so not exactly you have 19 audio sample Generations left on your current plan so let me go ahead and try to generate with my free plan looks like it's going to work so I'm just going to copy my script and paste it here so I'm just going to leave the voice as Larry because I don't really mind and I'm going to click here on generate all previews alright so now after about 30 to 40 seconds it finished generating all of the voice for our voice over and once you're finished once you have your entire script like read out by the AI just click here export project as a single audio file and it should download it to your computer as you can see it's been downloaded to my computer in a very high quality file which is wav which is really good now just like everything in lifefor this next part you're going to need your video and there are several ways you can get them
